1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Crisis Operator™ website located at https://www.crisisoperator.com, including all related content, training programs, certification pathways, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the site, enrolling in a program, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Operator of the Service
Crisis Operator™ is an online training program offered under the American Crisis Institute™ brand, which is owned and operated by Crisis Control Solutions LLC, a company registered in the United States.
All Services provided through this website are offered by Crisis Control Solutions LLC.
3. Description of the Services
The Services include online professional training programs, educational materials, and certification pathways related to crisis leadership, decision-making under pressure, and operational readiness. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Services do not constitute legal advice, security services, emergency response services, or professional licensure. Training programs are delivered primarily in a self-paced, online format. Enrollment grants the user access to digital training materials and course content, rather than ongoing, instructor-led services, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Training & Certification Disclaimer
Participation in Crisis Operator™ training programs and receipt of a certificate:
does not constitute licensure, accreditation, or legal authorization
does not guarantee performance, safety, or outcomes in real-world crisis situations
does not replace professional judgment, experience, or formal organizational procedures
Certification reflects completion of program requirements within the American Crisis Institute™ framework only.
5. Enrollment, Payments & Refunds
Enrollment in paid programs requires payment through approved third-party payment providers. Upon successful enrollment, users are granted immediate access to the self-paced training content associated with the selected program. Payments may be made either as a single payment or through an installment plan (e.g., three monthly payments), as offered on the enrollment page at the time of purchase. Where an installment plan is selected, the user remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless a valid refund is granted under Section 6 below.
Abuse of refund policies, repeated chargebacks, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. 30-day money-back guarantee
Crisis Operator™ Level 1 is offered with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the program is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund of the amount paid within thirty (30) calendar days of your enrollment date, with no questions asked. To request a refund, simply contact us at training@americancrisisinstitute.com from the email address used at enrollment, stating that you wish to cancel. No specific reason or justification is required.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable time (typically up to 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider). Where payment was made in installments, any remaining scheduled installments will be cancelled and amounts already paid within the guarantee period will be refunded.
The guarantee applies to the Level 1 program purchase price. Upon a refund being granted, your access to all digital training materials will be revoked, and any physical Founding Edition badge or certificate must not be requested; if a physical badge has already been shipped, its cost may be deducted from the refund or its return may be requested.
This guarantee is limited to one refund per person and does not apply in cases of demonstrable abuse (for example, downloading or copying the complete course materials and then requesting a refund).
7. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You agree to:
provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
use the Services only for lawful purposes
not misrepresent certification status or training outcomes
not reproduce, distribute, or resell course materials without written permission
All materials are provided for your personal, non-transferable use.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, video, frameworks, trademarks, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Crisis Control Solutions LLC or its licensors.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crisis Control Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
